When your calling card gets close to "empty", it will be filled with the same amount of money with which it was initially filled ($5.95 for Totally Cool Services).  If these funds should be depleted in a short period of time, the system will recognize this and will double the amount on the next refill.  If frequent refills continue to be required, the amount deposited into the Virtual Calling Card from your credit card will be increased until we catch up with your calling pattern. There are NO hidden fees, and the minutes in your account remain available for your use until you use them.
