You can think of the Virtual Calling Card as a debit card that contains dollars and cents, not minutes.  The calling card is pre-loaded and you have several options as to how that money can be spent.  For example, the cost of outbound long distance calls will be deducted from your Virtual Calling Card. Also, you might exceed the number of inbound hours of toll-free access that is provided with your service level and this would be charged against your Virtual Calling Card.

For nationwide long distance, the Wildgate Wireless Virtual Calling Card is the low-cost solution for staying in touch. Long distance calls to anyplace in the continental United States are only 6.9 cents per minute! Day or night, 7 days a week. And it’s convenient: no long access codes or other complexities; just call your One-Number and press “*” then “7.”

You can view a record of all of your long distance calls directly from your personal message center. When you sign up, your credit card will be billed for $5.95 to "fill-up" your Virtual Calling Card. That's enough for over 1 hour and 25 minutes of nationwide long distance! When your calling card gets close to "empty", it will be filled with the same amount of money with which it was initially filled ($5.95 for Cool Services).  If these funds should be depleted in a short period of time, the system will recognize this and will double the amount on the next refill.  If frequent refills continue to be required, the amount deposited into the Virtual Calling Card from your credit card will be increased until we catch up with your calling pattern. There are NO hidden fees, and the minutes in your account remain available for your use until you use them.

Inbound calls are calls to your One-Number. There is no charge for inbound calls to a local number. For calls to your toll free One-Number, you can receive one hour of calls per month for free. Now your family and friends can call you at a toll free (8xx) number anytime and it costs them nothing.

If you exceed the monthly one hour of toll free in-bound service, you will receive an additional $5.95 of service charged to your credit card at the rate of 3.4 cents/minute or 175 minutes for a  toll free number with extension and 3.9 cents/minute or 153 minutes for a toll free without extension. To prevent too many small charges for larger users, the additional billing for inbound calls is doubled on the third “refill” in a month. These minutes will remain in your account until you use them.
