Wildgate service is all about flexibility, so that you can tailor your communications to suit your needs.

In the Preferences section of MyPhone Service, you’ll find the table shown below. Select any of these Personal Settings to tailor your Wildgate service.

For example, to select English or Spanish to be used for your prompts, just click on “Change my language settings.” To set the maximum length of incoming voice message from 15 seconds to 15 minutes, just click on “Change the maximum length of incoming voice mail.” To select the music that you would like your callers to hear when they are on hold, just click on “Select the music that callers will hear.” It’s as simple as that!
