MyEmail Service

Setting up your Wildgate email service is easy. Your Wildgate email account is automatically assigned to you when you sign up for service. You select your screen name, for example, JohnQ. Your email address will then be JohnQ@myWildgate.com. You can tailor your email service using the MyEmail Service table, which is located in the Wildgate Message Center. Your options include Email Account Consolidation and Email Notification.

Email Account Consolidation
If you’re like most people, you probably have more than one email account: one at home, one at work, perhaps a couple of old accounts that people still use to send you emails. Wildgate’s Email Account Consolidation brings them all together in one place, where you can manage them conveniently.

Just enter the information about your various email accounts and we’ll do the rest. You’ll automatically receive all of your email at your myWildgate.com account.

Email Notification
Using the Email Notification table, you can choose how you want to be notified when you receive a voice mail, fax, numeric message or a call when SelectCall is activated. The options are: not to be notified, receive a notification only, or to have the entire message sent to you by email.

For example, when you receive a voice mail you can have the voice mail sent to you as an attachment to an email and listen to it on your computer; similarly, when you receive a multi-page fax you can have the entire fax sent to you as an attachment to an email.
