Message Notification lets you decide how you want to be notified of messages. There are two tables that you can use to specify how you want to be notified: the Email Notification table, located in MyEmail Service and the Message Notification table located in MyPhone Service.

Email Notification
Using the Email Notification table, you can choose how you want to be notified when you receive a voice mail, fax, numeric message or a call when SelectCall is activated. The options are: not to be notified, receive a notification only, or to have the entire message sent to you by email.

Phone Notification
Using the Message Notification table in MyPhone Service, you can choose to have the system notify you by phone when you receive a new message. To specify where and when the system should call you, just enter the phone number and time range, as shown below. To insure that you’re the person who accepts the call, you can choose to require a password.
