As head of an MLM organization, you have 25 people in your downline and need to communicate with them frequently. An email won’t do. The message requires the energy and enthusiasm only your voice can convey. Wildgate’s Group Messaging is the perfect solution.

Group Messaging allows you to send one single message to multiple Wildgate subscribers. The message is delivered to the destination subscribers in seconds. You can have up to 99 groups setup with up to 100 subscribers per group. To setup a group, just call your One Number and press “3” for the Personal Options Menu, then “6” to access the Group Messaging Menu. You can then create your desired 2 digit group number from 01 to 99 (00 is reserved for future use). Usually Messaging Groups are created to address specific organizational needs such as sales or service, so in order to keep track of your newly created Groups you can assign them a name via the web or you can assign them a recorded name when calling from a touch tone phone and listen to it on the web also.

Once you have setup a Messaging Group you can press 5 from the Main Menu to send a message, then enter the 2 digit distribution list ID number. Once you record the message you can simply hang up or you can press the # key and the message will be sent to that distribution list.
