When you’re on the phone and another person calls your OneNumber, Wildgate Call Waiting notifies you by whispering, “Call waiting: press ‘1’ to accept this call.” If you press “1” to accept the call, the first caller will automatically be placed on hold. You can switch back and forth between the two calls simply by pressing “1.” If you want to disconnect the call you’re on, simply press “###.” If you want to send the caller you’re talking to to your Wildgate Smart Voice Mail, simply press “***.”

Call Waiting works with two calls. Additional calls are automatically sent to your Wildgate Smart Voice Mail or to your Personal IVR, if the feature is activated.

Wildgate Call Waiting works on any telephone, wired or wireless, even if the telephone line does not already have call waiting capabilities.
