Stephen Francis Hamilton, V.P. Strategic Planning
Founder of Wildgate Wireless, Mr. Hamilton has over 15 years of experience
in the computer telephony and wireless industry specifically related to voice mail, paging, fax processing,
wireless communication and Internet messaging while working for both regional and national companies.
Mr. Hamilton has held positions ranging from Software Engineer with Genesis Electronics working with
wireline and messaging applications to VP of Engineering with Digitcom Communications Corporation.
While at Digitcom Communications Corporation, Mr. Hamilton was responsible for the development of
the first voice messaging products in the world. He created the Resound messaging platform which was
sold to companies such as Motorola and Coldwell Banker. It has since been installed in over 10,000
locations worldwide including Telephone Company Central Offices and thousands of large and small
business offices.

Ms. Hamilton founded Digitcom Services, Inc. in 1991 and recognized the
need to bundle multiple communications services and the value in maintaining margins and customer loyalty.
Digitcom Services, Inc. has become one of the largest independent suppliers of interactive voice mail
services for residential and business customers in the Southern California area. She identified the need
for independent customer notification of voice mail and email messages and directed Digitcom Services,
Incs efforts in becoming a paging carrier.
Richard White, V.P. Reseller Operations
Richard White has over 16 years of sales and marketing experience in resale wireless. Richard has been a
sales representative for Pactel - Airtouch and Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for Metromedia
Service, where he reorganized and directed their reseller distribution program and added over 85 sales
representatives and significantly increased sales. Richard was also Director of Retail/Reseller Sales
for Front Page (later acquired by Pactel) adding 280 resellers within a six-month period. He also
consulted in business development and sales training for PageNet, Airtouch and Paging Dimensions.
Herman Moore, V.P. Retail Operations
Mr. Moore has been in the wireless industry for over ten years. He started his own retailing jewelry
business in 1985 and began his wireless career with Pager Plus as Retail Operations Manager responsible
for sales training and inventory control. He went on to work at Pagemart in outside sales moving up to
sales manager. Prior to joining DSIs Retail Division he was Vice President of Operations responsible for
marketing, sales, sales training and reseller operations at Page Prompt USA, one of the largest paging
carriers in the US.
